We run a 16-needle commercial embroidery machine in our own workshop. Send your logo, approve the proof, and we stitch it — hats, beanies, and more. One-time $30 digitizing fee, kept on file for reorders.

How does the proof process work?

After you order, we send a digital proof showing your patch on your hat. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

How long does a custom hat take?

Custom orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after you approve your proof.

What hats do you use?

Richardson 112 truckers — the workhorse of custom hats. Six-panel, mid-profile, snapback closure.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes. Upload your artwork when you order and we will engrave it on a genuine leather patch.
