Choose from 8 shapes in our Diamondback set — pointed hexagon, rectangle, oval, arched badge, circle, arched rectangle, tapered rectangle, and pentagon — up to 3.3 inches wide by 2.3 inches tall.
We use LaserHyde Deluxe leatherette, which laser-engraves with bold, high-contrast detail and bonds with a professional heat press and OEKO-TEX certified heat-activated adhesive for a permanent finish. In stock: Rawhide/White and Black/White. Want another color? Request it in your order details — it adds extra days while that color comes in.
HOW TO ORDER
- Choose your quantity tier — bulk discounts apply automatically
- Choose your hat color — Black and Black/Red in stock (multiple colors? list colors and quantities in your order note). Want another Richardson color? Request it in your order details — blanks usually take 4–6 days to come in.
- At checkout, tell us your patch shape and leatherette color in the order note
- Upload your logo and check out — we send a mockup for your approval before engraving anything
ARTWORK
- Vector files (SVG, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG work best
- Low-resolution artwork may need simplifying for a clean engrave
- By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
- Orders up to 50 hats: 7–10 business days production, plus shipping time
- Custom leatherette colors: add extra days while the color comes in
- Larger orders: message us and we'll work out a timeline together
- Nothing gets engraved until you approve the mockup
HAT CARE
Do not machine wash — spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. We aren't responsible for discoloration from sweat or improper cleaning.
RETURNS
Each hat is made to order with your artwork, so returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If we make an error, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Questions, answered
Is there a minimum order? No. Order one hat or one hundred — the price per hat drops as quantity rises.
How does the mockup work? Send your logo with your order details and we mock it up on your chosen hat for approval before production starts.
What hat colors can I get? Black and Black/Red are in stock. Any other Richardson 112 color is available by request — blanks usually arrive in 4–6 days.
Laser, UV, or embroidered — which should I pick? Laser gives you an engraved leatherette patch, UV gives you a full-color patch, and embroidery stitches your logo directly into the hat. All three start from your logo.
