Custom Embroidery
Your logo, embroidered in Texas.
We run a 16-needle commercial embroidery machine in our Texas workshop. Send us your logo and we'll stitch it onto hats, beanies, and apparel — with a proof for your approval before anything gets sewn.
How it works
- Send your logo. Upload your artwork when you order — vector files are best, but we'll work with what you have.
- Digitizing & proof. Your logo is converted to a stitch file for a one-time digitizing fee (up to $30, depending on detail). We keep it on file, so reorders never pay it again.
- You approve. Nothing gets embroidered until you approve the digital proof.
- We stitch & ship. Most orders ship in 7–10 business days after proof approval. Orders over 12 pieces may take a little longer — we'll confirm timing with your proof.

- Digitizing: up to $30 one-time per logo, depending on detail (kept on file, waived on reorders)

Artwork guidelines
Before we stitch a thing: every new embroidery design requires a one-time digitizing fee (up to $30, depending on detail). Your design stays on file, so reorders never pay it again. All artwork is subject to our approval — send the cleanest file you’ve got (vector is best: AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG/JPG). If we can’t make your file stitch cleanly, we’ll reach out for a better one before anything moves forward. No production starts until you approve the proof.
