Our high quality products are made using embroidery digitizing technology. We work directly with you to ensure that your designs are not only of the highest quality, but that they are printed and shipped to you in a timely manner.

We always send digital mockups of your design before printing for your approval. We start fulfilling your order only after you fully approve your mockup. Please keep an eye on email.

DESIGN UPGRADES
Orders of 1–23 items include up to 4 thread colors at no extra cost, with an additional charge of $1 per extra color.
Orders of 24 or more items include up to 8 thread colors. A maximum of 8 thread colors is allowed per design.
For larger designs, a surcharge applies based on stitch count:
- $4 per item for designs over 12,000 stitches*
- $8 per item for designs over 20,000 stitches
- $12 per item for designs over 28,000 stitches
- $16 per item for designs over 36,000 stitches
- $20 per item for designs over 44,000 stitches
*Order 6 or more items to waive the $4 fee if your design's stitch count is 12k - 20k.
